My Background

A scientist at heart, I have always approached life with curiosity and a critical eye. University-educated and naturally skeptical, I believe in researching and investigating before making decisions, especially when it comes to health, fitness, and wellbeing. My passion for science fuels my enthusiasm for all things related to the human body, from nutrition to movement to holistic wellness. I believe in living fully, learning constantly, and staying engaged with the world around me.

Approaching 60, I embrace every opportunity to stay active, whether it’s hiking through the mountains, camping under the stars, or simply enjoying time with family, friends, and my beloved dogs. Growing up in a family of teachers and medics, I developed a strong sense of empathy. I am a dedicated wellbeing professional with a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health through a holistic approach. With expertise in fitness, and nutrition, I work to empower people to make informed choices that enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I provide tailored guidance that supports a balanced lifestyle. I focus on preventative care, promoting habits that reduce the risk of illness and improve overall vitality. My fitness expertise enables me to design effective exercise programs that cater to individual needs, whether the goal is strength building, weight management, or general mobility. Additionally, my deep understanding of nutrition allows me to offer practical dietary advice that supports energy levels, gut health, and long-term wellness.

I believe that true wellbeing is about more than just diet and exercise. It’s about cultivating sustainable habits that fit seamlessly and simply into daily life. My approach is client-centered, meaning I take the time to understand each person's unique challenges and goals.
