I love life and being active outdoors. I refuse to see age as a reason to slow down, fully expecting to continue doing the things I love for many years yet, and as I hit my 60’s, I'm embracing every opportunity to stay active, whether it’s hiking through the mountains, camping under the stars, or simply enjoying time with family, friends, and my 2 gorgeous dogs.
University educated and growing up in a family of scientists who really care about people - many are teachers and doctors - I am naturally sceptical and believe in researching and checking everything before making decisions, especially when it comes to the health and wellbeing of my clients.
