WELLNESS COURSES
Wellness Course 1
4 x 2 hour sessions with time to move, breathe and hydrate plus a Q&A.
Explaining the science of stress and its effects on the body and how it may be responsible for some of the symptoms you are struggling with as well as being a major cause of most of our 21st century chronic illnesses.
Sessions on sleep, nutrition, exercise and nature/outdoor therapies and mindfulness which can help to improve these.
Each session ends with some small changes and simple techniques which staff are encouraged to implement before the next session and then feedback.
Held over 4 months or longer to small groups or the whole team.
Wellness Course 2
3 sessions to include presentations on the effects of stress and how we can overcome them with nutrition, exercise, sleep and outdoor & alternative therapies.
Each session is accompanied by a practical related to the content of the talk to show teachers how easy it can be to incorporate the changes in their life which will reap the most benefit. Finishing up with a Q&A and leaving the staff with a couple of lifestyle changes to incorporate over the next month.
Sessions are 2.5 hours to fit into a half TED day and can be termly or in a time-frame to suit your needs.
Wellness Course 3
A 12 week programme where we identify which metabolic systems need the most urgent support and then work together to address the underlying causes of the symptoms you are experiencing.
Through daily and weekly contact via WhatsApp, phone calls and zoom meetings, I’ll keep you motivated and on-track and adjust your programme if necessary, as things arise. This really is an individual, tailored programme just for you!
You will finish the 12 weeks with a real understanding of your body and its needs, feeling more in control, sleeping better and with more energy and a clearer head, hopefully with many of your symptoms gone, and a strategy for continuing on your journey to optimum health.
